Ex-footballer Les Ferdinand, Ricky, and Roy gathered on their bikes at the start of the London to Brighton cycle.
The whole ride and day was fantastic and I'm glad I've done it. You've got to do it, you'll enjoy it. You'll meet loads of brilliant people along the way. Well worth doing!
