Budget and debt advice

Helping people to get up on their feet

More than a pathway out of debt

Dealing with debt can be an overwhelming experience, impacting not only a person's financial well-being but also their mental health and relationships.

Our debt advisors and volunteers work with people to develop debt repayment plans, negotiate with creditors and provide money education to change habits and minimise the chance of debt recurring in the future.

You can contact the team on 020 7367 4560  Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Outside of these hours you can leave a voicemail and someone will be in touch at the earliest opportunity.

Ivan stands next to a sign advertising the debt advice service, he is relaxed with his hands in his pockets and smiles at the camera.
Before, I felt worthless. Now, I’m providing for my kids, paying bills on time, and even saving. It feels like I pressed the reset button.
