Sincere condolences to you if you have lost a loved one. We are very grateful to you for considering The Salvation Army at this sad time.
Making a gift to The Salvation Army in memory of someone close to you is a wonderful way to let their memory live on through our work.
One way to celebrate a loved one’s life is to ask family and friends to make a donation to The Salvation Army in lieu of flowers at their funeral service.
Flowers may fade but a gift in memory can make a lasting difference.
If you are a family member, friend or funeral director making funeral arrangements and you would like to support the work of The Salvation Army, we can provide you with collection envelopes which include a Gift Aid declaration so that we can claim an extra 25p for every pound donated if the donor is a UK taxpayer.
If you would like a supply of our collection envelopes, please call us on 0207 367 4800 or email us memory@salvationarmy.org.uk.
Please see our FAQs for additional information about arranging a funeral collection.
