Your support can give children living in poverty a summer to remember
At The Salvation Army, we help children and struggling families in the UK through a wide range of practical and meaningful support – from food parcels and book clubs to summer holiday activities that bring joy and relief during the long break from school.
But we do so much more than this we offer a range of vital services for anyone in need, including access to food banks, debt advice, and employment and homelessness support. This wonderful video is an example of the amazing work we do to support vulnerable children and young people over the summer holidays – a time that can be especially difficult for hard-up families.
Together, we can give children a summer to remember that is filled with happiness, discovery and adventure.
