The Salvation Army is a Christian church and charity, seeking fullness of life for all with Jesus.
Our No.10 is a day centre supports people who are vulnerably housed or experiencing homelessness in Westminster and central London. We have around 5,000 attendances at the centre every year.
Support staff at the centre provide a weekly programme of activities aimed at reducing, preventing, and ending homelessness, as well as providing chaplaincy and pastoral care. The centre does not have access to accommodation, but does offer practical assistance, support work, and signposting.
We are a place of grace and embrace, where all are welcome.
Anyone over the age of 18 who is vulnerably housed, experiencing homelessness, or in need of practical assistance can use our centre. No local connection or access to public recourse is required; the centre is direct access.
The centre provides a safe, warm space – including toilet facilities, space to sit and relax, mobile phone charging, access to laptops and the internet, postal service, and opportunity to engage in activities.
The centre provides practical assistance – including food, emergency clothing, sleeping bags, and a warm space – support work, pastoral care, chaplaincy, and signposting. We do not have access to accommodation.
We are open:
Please note we are closed on Bank Holidays.
