You do not have to be a member of The Salvation Army to attend our worship meetings, or to receive practical help and support, but many people want to belong – and we want people to feel they belong to The Morley Salvation Army community.

10.15am Worship Meeting  

Please join us in-person or on our Facebook page and YouTube Channel LIVE every Sunday at 10.15am.

Our Sunday Meetings vary in style including more traditional worship, Breakfast Church, Cafe Church and Creative Worship. 

10.45am- 11.45am Kids Church

Join us for an exciting time of singing, games and craft specifically for children during the meeting. Under 4's are welcome accompanied by a parent/carer.

Monday

11am-1pm Lunch Club

A group to share, eat and meet together. We are operating a waiting list for this group, please call , email or drop in for more information.

1pm-3pm Morley Digital Support Drop in 

An independently run drop in for any digital support you may require. For help with setting up new devices, learning new technology skills or support with using online systems. Call in for support. 

5.30-6.30pm Morley MACA - Music and Creative Arts Group 

This group runs on selected Mondays and is a creative group for all ages to come and explore faith through music, art, drama and much more!  (Dates: 29th September, 6th October, 20th October, 3rd November, 17th November and a performance planned for 22nd November)

7.30pm - Prayer Furnace 

This group meet monthly online for a time of focused prayer  - For more information please get in touch

Tuesday

10am-12noon Baby Group 

A group for pre-walking babies and their parents and carers. Tea, Toast, play, sensory fun and friendship. Come along to this welcoming group. £2 donation.

Wednesday

9:30am - 11am  Toddler Church 

A group for toddlers & their carers, including free play, craft and short group time of singing, story and movement with a Christian message. Please get in touch for more details, or just turn up on a Wednesday morning during school term time. £2 per child (additional siblings from the same household £1) Term-time only.

10am-12noon - Welcome Space 

A warm welcome awaits you at our Welcome Space. Come along for company, conversation, games/craft and a quiet space. Hot drink and toasted t-cakes provided (or pay as you feel able)  All welcome.  Food parcels and practical assistance available through referral.

We are a praying community. We believe in the power of prayer. We are committed to spending time in corporate prayer and individually spending time in conversation with God alone.

As a community of faith we like to support our local community through prayer. If you would like us to pray for you or a specific situation please email morley@salvationarmy.org.uk. Each prayer request made will be prayed by a member of The Salvation Army in Morley.

We provide emergency food parcels and other practical support to local people who are referred to us in crisis when individuals for specific reasons cant access other provision in the town. We can only accept professional referrals for food support. To find out who we work with, or for a professional to make a referral, please contact our office via email throughout the week or via phone on Thursdays 10am-12noon. 

We work closely with other organisations in the town to signpost individuals to get the right support. We are hear to listen and support people wherever we can. We are a very small team and do what we can within our capacity.
