We are The Salvation Army Church in Margate, first and foremost a Christian church, rooted in faith and committed to serving our local community. Keeping the mission and values of The Salvation Army at the heart of all we do, we seek to share God’s love in both practical and meaningful ways. 
We are passionate about helping individuals and families grow, thrive, and discover Jesus while finding belonging as part of a wider church family. We believe everyone has value and potential, and we aim to be a place of welcome, encouragement and hope. 
Our role is to walk alongside people on their journey, offering support where it is needed while empowering individuals to do things for themselves. Together, we strive to build a caring, supportive community where faith is nurtured, lives are strengthened, and no one has to face life alone.

Ephesians 2:19–22

Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone.  In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord.  And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.
