Group Bible study where we look at bible stories at how they impact our lives and restore us.

Tuesday

4pm - 6pm -  once a month on the 1st Tuesday - Amaze at The Lounge

A family session with arts, crafts, games and a meal. All free.

Thursday

10am - 2pm 

Renew at The Lounge

 A quiet shared wellbeing space where it is ok not to be ok (Venue: Esplanade Hall, CO12 3DT)

All are welcome in this space where crafts, place to sit and read or chat over a cuppa, a quiet reflective area and games are all available. Refreshments are always on the go and a light lunch is provided. 

All is free of charge 

7.30pm - 9pm

Rest

Informal prayer group.  An opportunity to come an rest and pray.

Friday

10am - 12 noon 

Heart

This is a friendly drop in where everyone is welcome.

There are free refreshments and space to sit and chat and for children to play.

Also there is surplus bakery from Lidl that is available free to everyone.

Agencies also attend to offer people professional advice these include Employment Plus, D.W.P., Peabody, Health Visitors, Family Solutions, Citizens Advice, Age Well and others.

Food support is also available which is limited to 1 per month. Following 3 consecutive months referrals from agencies are required for any further support.

A prayer space is available with prayer support if requested. 

Harwich Hive (baby bank) and Harwich Pet Food Bank.

In Harwich we have a number of things going on one of which is our food support which happens through a drop in called Heart. At Heart on a Friday morning 10am until 12 people can find a welcoming and friendly place where emergency food support alongside agency advice and support are among other things available.

We do get grants from the council but rely upon the generosity of the public to keep the food support going.
