At The Salvation Army in Faversham, a monthly Community Wardrobe is helping local families by providing free and pre-loved school uniforms. This initiative supports families facing the rising cost of living while promoting sustainability through the reuse of school clothing.

Gemma, a Salvation Army street-based youth worker, is part of a team taking to the streets of Lochgelly in Scotland to build trust and positive relationships with the young people. Street-based youth work projects like this aim to meet young people where they are, reaching out to provide consistent support and to be a positive influence in their lives.

Many people are tricked, traded and trapped into modern slavery by criminals as they try to escape poverty, persecution and conflict. We provide specialist support to protect and care for all adult survivors of modern slavery in England and Wales through a government contract which was first awarded in 2011. 

Chris shares his journey from addiction to sobriety at Gloucester House. Gloucester House is a drug and alcohol rehabilitation clinic, providing those suffering with addiction a pathway to recovery. Located in a peaceful market town, and operating with the support of the local community, the centre helps transform the lives of residents through education and training courses, creative workshops, group therapy and spiritual guidance.

Join us at Cherry Tree Allotments, a Salvation Army community garden in Watford. Captain Mark Scoulding leads the project, teaching children new outdoors skills where they can grow and thrive.
