Crichton House Outreach Services

At Crichton House we seek to support individuals to gain and sustain independent tenancies of their own. We help to navigate the right pathway into accommodation for those who are street homeless and/or vulnerably housed. We also support people to remain safely within their homes.

We understand that the assistance needed to manage a home is often varied and complex. We seek to offer support in a holistic and compassionate way encompassing all areas of physical and emotional wellbeing, finance maximization, social and community integration - to ensure everyone who works with us is helped to achieve and sustain independence, in a way that's right for them.
