Copper Beech

Church

Copper Beech is an initiative by The Salvation Army and Salvation Army Housing Association (saha). Officially opened in March of 2017, Copper Beech is a community made up of 84 homes, a Salvation Army day care nursery/after school care provision, and a faith community based at Copper Beech Hub. Copper Beech is an innovative site created to be more than just a collection of houses, but rather homes in a community.

We are unable to recieve any donations of clothing or furniture and would ask that you donate to other local charity shops in Bramley or The Salvation Army charity shop in Meanwood.

Each Christmas The Salvation Army in Bramley provides toys, and gifts for families who are in financial difficulty. These families are mostly referred to us by professional support workers in health care, social care, and educational settings. We support on average around 500 children each year by providing toys, gifts and other Christmas goodies such as selection boxes.

If you'd like to help, we are able to accept new unwrapped toys or Christmas goodies at Copper Beech Nursery, 2 Copper Beech Ave, Leeds, LS13 2BP Mon-Friday between 9.00am-5.00pm.

The last day we are accepting gifts is Friday 12th December 2025.

Help us make this Christmas one that families in Leeds will cherish and remember.

Many thanks, and Happy Christmas
