Charter Row Lifehouse provides 55 units of supported accommodation for single males aged 18+ who are experiencing homelessness. Accommodation can be provided on either a bed and breakfast or half board basis with a maximum stay of up to 1 year.
Clients need to be experiencing homelessness and have identified support needs around a lack of independent living skills. Referrals to the service come via Sheffield City Council’s Housing Solutions Team and their Housing Support Pathway.

We aim to create a calm, supportive environment where our residents feel empowered and respected. Our facilities include:
55 single bedrooms – 15 of which are en-suite and 10 which are within a “High Needs Service” comprised of 5 clusters of 2 flats with shared kitchenettes and bathrooms .
A large communal lounge on the ground floor of the building
An ICT suite, a canteen and laundry facilities
A number of smaller kitchens and lounges scattered through the rest of the building, with 1 of each located on the first, second and third floors respectively.
We provide housing-related support, as well as support for substance misuse, poor mental health, emotional wellbeing and employability skills.
