Our Sunday Worship starts at 10.30am, with a prayer meeting held beforehand at 10am.

Sunday Club runs term-time and starts at 11am.

Our weekly activities (term-time) are as follows:

Monday

7pm - Prayer Group (fortnightly)

8pm - Songsters (fortnightly)

Tuesday

11am - Boccia (seated indoor bowls)

12.30pm - Lunch Club (£5 -includes main meal, desert and tea or coffee)

2pm - CAMEO (Come and meet each other group)

Wednesday

9.30am - Baby Song Group (£1 per family includes refreshments)

2pm - Knit and Natter (refreshments available)

6.30pm - Brownies Group

Thursday

10am - Coffee Morning

10.30am - Music Man Session for adults (and carers) with learning disabilities (fortnightly)

1.45pm - Bible Study (please enquire for dates)

8pm - Band Practice (fortnightly)

OTHER ACTIVITIES / SUPPORT INCLUDE:

Our Singing by Heart group runs twice a month at local care homes. This is an informal group to support those living with Dementia / Alzheimers and their families. 

We also work with The Salvation Army's Employment Plus teams to offer support with job finding, confidence building, budgeting, etc. Please contact us for more details.

Please note that we are no longer able to take charity shop donations (i.e. clothing, electrical items, bric-a-brac, etc).

Should you wish to donate via a Salvation Army clothing bank - there is one near Redgate / Co-op in Bridgwater or in the car park of Morrisons Supermarket. Please do contact us if it is full and we will arrange for it to be emptied.

Please note that these clothing banks are NOT emptied, nor maintained by The Salvation Army in Bridgwater and donations will be collected by a central donations team.

Once again we are collecting new toys and gifts for our Christmas 'Be a star' Toy Appeal. Last year we were able to distribute over 600 toys and gifts to children and their families and are hoping to be able to match this for 2024.

We are collecting new toys for all age groups from new born to 18 years. These can be brought to The Salvation Army on Moorland Road on a Tuesday 10am till 2pm, or a Wednesday or Thursday morning (10am-12pm).

If you would prefer to give a monetary donation, we are able to accept cash or cheques payable to 'The Salvation Army'.
