Why run for Team Sally Army?
The Salvation Army offers practical help, friendship and support to some of the most disadvantaged people across our communities, just like we have done for over 150 years. The services we offer are diverse and responsive to the realities of life in the communities we serve, and thanks to the generous support of fundraisers like you, we can continuously reach even more marginalised people and give them a second chance at life.
What's the distance?
There is no distance too small to show your support - be it 5K, 10K, a half marathon or even a full marathon itself, it is completely up to you! Whatever distance you choose, by running and fundraising for us you'll be helping to provide hope and support for people in vulnerable situations.
Where will my fundraising go?
You can choose to fundraise for any Salvation Army project or corps close to your heart. Just let us know when you create your fundraising page and we'll ensure your fundraising goes to wherever you choose.
How can I fundraise for this?
There are so many different ways you can raise vital funds for a project close to your heart. Once you've created your page, we'll provide you with our fundraising guide jam packed with all sorts of ideas and inspiration! We'll also be here to support you and give you advice on how to maximise your fundraising page - which you can get started on here.
