International Development - Live Below The Line campaign

published on 2 Mar 2015

This year Live Below the Line is 5 years old! The Salvation Army International Development UK (SAID UK) has been part of the campaign since the beginning and every year we’re excited to see more and more people get fired up to tackle poverty and injustice with us. Over the years, more than 780 participants have raised over £87,000!

The money raised through Live Below the Line has made a real difference to people's lives. Honest is just one of the people we have been working alongside to help make the most of his land and rise above the poverty line. Read Honest's story.

Live Below the Line challenges participants to spend no more than £1 a day on all their food and drink for five days. The main challenge week takes place from 27 April – 1 May but you can take the challenge any five consecutive days between 2 March and 30 June 2015.
