Funeral Collection

One way to celebrate a loved one’s life is to ask family and friends to make a donation to The Salvation Army in lieu of flowers at their funeral service.

Flowers may fade but a gift in memory can make a lasting difference.

“When I told my brother how much we'd collected, we knew in our hearts that dad would have said 'wonderful!' The fact that it might have helped a few people in dire straits would have made him happy”.

If you are a family member, friend or funeral director making funeral arrangements and you would like to support the work of The Salvation Army, we can provide you with funeral collection envelopes (which include a Gift Aid declaration so that we can claim an extra 25p for every pound donated if the donor is a UK taxpayer).

If you would like a supply of our collection envelopes, please call us on 0207 367 4800 or email us FR@salvationarmy.org.uk.

If you would like to send us your funeral collection in the post, please send it to the following address: In Memory Team, The Salvation Army, 1 Champion Park, London, SE5 8FJ.
