Just Gifts

We give gifts for a whole variety of reasons. We give them to show we care. We give them to bring joy to the receiver. We give them because 'we saw it and thought of you'.

JUST GIFTS exists so that you can show your global neighbours you care, to bring them joy. These gifts are provided as real-life examples of what your money can do through our community development projects.

How it works

By purchasing a Just Gift you are enabling the local Salvation Army in the countries where we are working to have an ongoing positive impact in the lives of individuals and families who most need it.

When you purchase a Just Gift, you don’t receive a real goat or section of water pipe! However, what you do get is a card which gives a real life example from a real Salvation Army project of how your donation contributes to the area of work you have chosen to support. So when you buy a goat, your donation goes into our Livelihood fund which is solely used for supporting The Salvation Army's livelihood projects around the world.

You can even write a personal message on the card that we send you, so you can make the person receiving your gift feel great about what you are doing together.
