We are located on the London Road in Hadleigh, Essex (A13), opposite Morrisons supermarket. Hadleigh is situated within the borough of Castle Point.

If using Satnav, use SS7 2PB for directions.

Parking is available directly behind our halls accessed by a small side-road to the left of our white cottages. 

Please note if you park in the super-market opposite, you are restricted to 3 hours parking.

We are served by a number of bus routes; 1,3, & 21, 21C, 21S, 26, 27, 27A, 28 & 827. 
The nearest bus stops are Homestead Way (Westbound) and Morrisons (Eastbound).

Our Employment Plus Practitioner is available every Wednesday from 9:00am to 12:00pm, offering advice and support on a range of career, employment, and financial matters.

We provide accessible, well-equipped, and welcoming spaces available for regular hire and one-off events. Our spacious rooms are suitable for a variety of activities, and our venue offers Wi-Fi throughout, access to kitchen and toilet facilities as well as ample on-site parking.

OUR SPACES

• Main Hall - Our main hall is the ideal venue for concerts and events. It can accommodate over 200 at full capacity when extended to include the rear hall. The main hall also offers an impressive sound system and large presentation screen.
   
• Rear Hall - The rear hall is an extension to the Main Hall and can be partitioned off to create a separate space. Also ideal for events and large groups looking for a regular venue for clubs and activities. 
   
• Georges Hall - Georges Hall is one of our most popular spaces here at Hadleigh Temple and offers a light and airy communal space. The partition wall can be opened up to connect with the Lounge room, providing additional capacity.
   
• The Cottage - The Cottage offers a more homely setting and is ideal for small groups looking for a lower capacity space.
   
• Lounge Room - Our Lounge room can accommodate 20-30 people and is the ideal setting for smaller groups looking for a warm and welcoming space.

We are pleased to work alongside Hadleigh Farm Estate - home to a commercial farm, a RBST accredited Rare Breeds Centre and a Training Centre for adults with additional support needs; which incorporates a fully operational trainee-led tearoom where a warm welcome from the Trainees awaits.

We were blessed with beautiful sunshine for the first of our 2026 series of Corps walks at Weald Country Park. 23 people turned out bright and early with their walking boots and a smile to enjoy this wonderful nature walk in the heart of South Essex.  A great morning enjoyed by all.

On 4th October, we were delighted to welcome over 70 talented young musicians from the East of England Youth Band and Youth Choir to Hadleigh Temple for a weekend filled with music and fellowship. The group gave a brilliant concert on Saturday evening which was enjoyed by an 80 strong audience. The Youth section then led our Morning Worship on Sunday morning before returning home. During their stay, they also enjoyed exploring the local area, including visits to Hadleigh Farm Estate and Hadleigh Castle.

On Wednesday we were treated to  a visit from the children of Sandcastles Nursery, who performed a special Harvest Festival concert in preparation for our own Harvest celebrations here at Hadleigh Temple. The children sang a selection of autumn-themed songs for our Home League and generously brought a wonderful assortment of food items to contribute to our Harvest Festival.

Don’t miss our Harvest Festival this Sunday, 21st September at 10:30am! Come and celebrate with us in this joyful service featuring music from the Hadleigh Temple Band, the Training Band, and the Songsters. Bring along a food donation and be part of this wonderful celebration.
