Terms and Conditions for Text to Donate (Text Giving)

This text giving service is provided by Donr Ltd (The Stables, Back St. Georges Terrace, Jesmond, Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom, NE2 2SU) on behalf of The Salvation Army. Donr Ltd processes all donations made via text message.

Key Information:

• Please note that Donr Ltd applies a processing fee of 5% to all text donations. This means The Salvation Army will receive 95% of your donation. 
• Donations can be made by sending a text message with a specific keyword to a designated number.
• For each text message sent, you will be charged the amount of your donation (ranging from £1 to £20) plus your standard network message charge, based on your service provider rates. 
• This service is available to users on all major UK mobile networks and is restricted to use within the UK, this service is not available in Ireland.
• Please ensure you have obtained permission from the bill payer before sending a text donation.
• If you are under 16 years old, you must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before making a donation via text message.
• Charity Registration: The Salvation Army is a registered charity in England and Wales (214779) and Scotland (SC009359).
