Chalk Farm

11 am - Sunday Worship.   We hold a weekly Christian service including prayer, worship and the opening of God's word.  Our act of worship is open to all and followed with a light fellowship lunch for those who wish to stay.   

Monday 

6.00 pm - 8.00 pm Homeless Drop In 

Providing respite from life on the streets; a hot meal, shower facility; free Wi-Fi; essential items and advice. 

Tuesday

10.00 am - 12 noon Advice Service 

Our drop in advice service specialises in employability including for those of the homeless community.  We are also able to give benefits and tenancy advice..  We are also able to issue  Trussell Trust Food Bank Vouchers at this service for those legible.  

Wednesday 

6.00 pm - 8.00 pm Homeless Drop In

Providing respite from life on the streets, a hot meal, shower facility, free Wi-Fi, essential items and advice.  

Thursday

10.00 am - Coffee Morning

Drop in for some light refreshment

12.30 pm -  Seniors Lunch Club

Just £4 for a 2 course meal, tea/coffee

2.00 pm  - Come And Meet Each Other (CAMEO) Club

An informal club with singing, a speaker with a Christian message and activities

Please not that the C4WS Friday Club has now moved to Holborn House Community Centre, 35 Emerald Street, London, WC1N 3QW and takes place each Wednesday, 10.45 am - 1.30 pm for soup, sandwiches, refreshments and showers run by C4WS Homeless Project.

You can of course also give directly at our Chalk Farm branch using our card reader machine; donate cash or by cheque made payable to:  'The Salvation Army'. 

For those wishing to donate practical items please note we do not have a charity shop at Chalk Farm Salvation Army but we are able to accept donations of new items to aid our work with the homeless such as pants; socks; toiletries for our shower facility; tooth paste;; new sleeping bags; hats; gloves; new and second hand men's clothing (not suits) and trainers / shoes.   We also accept donations of non-perishable food.   We also accept new unwrapped toys toward our Be A Star Christmas Present Appeal.  Thank you for your support.
