A time set aside for men to gather in a relaxed, pressure-free environment. Whether you're up to play a game, be creative, or just join us for a cuppa and a conversation, there's something here for you.

Each week includes a short, down-to-earth thought from the Bible, offering space to reflect or discuss as much—or as little—as you'd like. Activities such as board games, simple creative projects, or informal chats help create a welcoming atmosphere where connections can grow naturally.
Facilitated by women, but shaped for men, this group is about building positive friendships and well-being through shared moments and real talk.

Tuesdays Together is more than just a craft session—it’s a space for women to find rest, encouragement, and meaningful community.

Art is used as a gentle tool to explore emotions and experiences, but the real focus is connection—creating a space where you can be honest, heard, and supported.

Each session begins with a short, thoughtful reflection from the Bible, followed by time to explore how those words speak into everyday life. Through shared conversation and creativity, we grow together in trust and understanding.

No experience is needed—just come as you are. Whether you want to talk, reflect, or simply enjoy the peace of being with others, you’ll be welcomed into a circle of women who care.

A relaxed and welcoming arts-and-crafts session designed for anyone who enjoys a gentler pace—whether working independently or with a little help from a carer.

Each session includes a short Bible reflection, offered as a thought for the day, with the opportunity to respond through conversation or art as we create together.

We understand that some materials can feel overwhelming, so we provide gloves and aprons for comfort. There’s no pressure to participate in any particular way—we simply encourage you to give it a go.

Whether you come for the craft, the calm, or the company—all are truly welcome.

Free! Art in Recovery (Thursdays)

A recovery group for women navigating the complex journey of addiction—whether to sub-stances, technology, behaviours, or hidden struggles. This space is built on compassion, confidentiality, and hope.

Rooted in biblical truth, each session opens with a short reflection designed to help uncover the deeper issues that keep us bound—and the One who can set us free. With guidance and support, we walk this journey together, without judgement.

Art becomes part of the process—used not for its perfection, but for its power to give voice to what we may not yet be ready to say. Through journaling, painting, collage and other forms of creative expression, your journey begins to take shape—your story, in your own way.

Our team is made up of kind and caring individuals who are passionate about creating a space where you feel welcomed, valued, and free to be yourself.
