Residents in Leicester West are invited to connect, relax and build friendships at the new weekly community gathering hosted by The Salvation Army in New Parks.

The C.A.M.E.O โ€“ โ€œCome And Meet Each Otherโ€ gathering, takes place every Wednesday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Leicester West Salvation Army, 330 Aikman Avenue, New Parks, LE3 9PW, and is open to everyone in the community.

Designed as a warm and inclusive space, C.A.M.E.O offers hot drinks and refreshments, light entertainment, and plenty of opportunities for conversation, laughter, and connection. Activities include games, crafts, and occasional visits from special guests, creating an engaging and relaxed atmosphere. The sessions aim to ease loneliness, strengthen social bonds, and provide a friendly midweek boost for people of all ages.
