Children from Norwich, Lowestoft, Stowmarket, Dereham and Felixstowe came to Diss earlier this month for a fun day organised by The Salvation Army.

Mags Stokes, children’s worker from Stowmarket who organised the day on behalf of Anglia Divisional Headquarters, said it was a great succes
She said: “For a lot of these youngsters, it would have been the first time out of their bubbles. Children and young people have been fundamentally affected by this pandemic, so events like this are essential to help them get back on track.
“It was lovely to see the children gelling together nicely in their teams and being happy to support each other. Thank you to everyone who worked together to make the day such a success.”
