Sunday Meeting 10:30am

We gather as a church on Sunday mornings to worship God and encourage each other. Our meeting is followed by Tea and Coffee, and an oppotunity to enjoy fellowship.

Sunday School and Primary 11am

The Children leave our meeting and go and have age appropriate activities and teaching

Monday

Craft and Games 2pm - 4pm (apart from last Monday  in month)

Fellowship 2pm last Monday of the month.

Wednesday

Singers 4-5pm

Songster Practice 7pm - 8:15pm 

Thursday

Lunch Club 12:30pm - 1.30pm​

Nelson Salvation Army Charity Shop is located at our site on Stanley Street. We sell second hand clothes, textile and Bric-a-Brac items.

Romans 12:13 says, "Give to all those in need, and always be eager to practise  hospitality". We have taken this seriously and want to welcome all people to come for a drink and something to eat.

Our Cafe is located at our site on Stanley Street.

The Salvation Army is an active member of the Nelson Churches Foodbank. As such we jointly host the foodbank at the Salvation Army twice a week, along with Christ Church on Carr Road.

If you are in need of help you can come along to the Foodbank at the following times:

The Salvation Army 2pm-3pm

Wednesday

Christ Church 1.30pm-3.30pm (please contact for details as there is a charge)

Friday

The Salvation Army 2pm-3pm

Table Top Sales (Monthly) 

10am-1pm

Come along and brows the wide range of stalls that we have on the first Saturday of each month.
