We are a warm and friendly group who enjoy meeting together for worship.  Our services are led by our officer (minister) Major Jill Colclough.  Most Sundays the band and songsters (choir) will participate in our services.

This service is suitable for all ages and is followed by coffee and tea at around 11.45 am

9.30am - 11.00am Breakfast Club

Open for hot drinks and breakfast - cereals, toast, beans, porridge etc;

Our friendly volunteers offer a listening ear and a safe space to hang around.

Whilst you are with us we can deal with general enquiries, questions about faith in God, and offer practical help where needed.

Drop - In:

People are referred to us for showers or laundry washing, clothing, food parcels, tents/sleeping bags and many other needs which where possible we try to help with.

Sometimes people just drop in for help without a referral. Donations of toiletries, food, gifts and clothing are always welcome.

9.30 am - 12 noon

The War Cry

is the Salvation Army's own 'new look' weekly magazine full of inspiring stories, topical issues featuring regular health articles and recipe plus much more!

First appearing in 1879, the War Cry still promotes the positive impact of the Christian faith and The Salvation Army's fight for greater social justice, hence the name of the magazine 'The War Cry'

Sunshine Choir - an opportunity to come and join our community choir - all ages, all abilities welcome

It is that time of the year when the call on The Salvation Army for support reaches record levels.   Without the support of so many generous people this week would be severely affected.

People struggling with ever increasing fuel bills, those on the street in need of warm clothing and a hot meal, those struggling to make ends meet and having difficulty putting food on the the table.   All of these things before we even mention the Children who will receive little or no surprises in the form of Christmas presents.

The Salvation Army in Loughborough seeks to meet these needs and we are indebted to those who support us in this work.

Can you help us make the Winter and Christmas a little brighter for someone by making a financial donation to the work here in Loughborough.  Or perhaps you could help us with Christmas presents or food parcels to help those in need.
