Charity Shop

The Charity Shop is situated opposite the multi-story car park and within easy reach of the Town Centre.   This large premises spanning three floors features clothing, furniture, crockery, cutlery, bedding, Bric-a-Brac, books, music, films, and more besides…   There is good stock rotation so do visit and have a look!   Van deliveries or collections of furniture on Wednesdays and Thursdays can be arranged within a five mile radius of the Charity Shop.   For further information please contact Mrs Gill Cresdee (Manageress) on 01554 774906.

Community Services

The Salvation  Army's practical hands-on work is renowned. It has never been enough just to preach; the message of God's love is also demonstrated through its work particulary with marginalised and vulnerable people.

In corps and centres across the territory, people of all ages are welcomed and encouraged to discover how much he loves them and the possibilites he has for their lives.

  • Food Bank

The Salvation Army is one of three churches in Llanelli who offer community support through a Foodbank. 

The Elim Pentecostal Church (Tunnel Road) and Antioch Church (Copperworks Road) issue vouchers to social services, community workers, family centres, health visitors and job centres. These vouchers are then distributed by the various agencies, and can then be redeemed at any of the three Church based food banks in Llanelli.   Further details are available from the following websites:
