Exmouth

Exmouth like many Salvation Army churches and centres across the UK run a Christmas Present Appeal, collecting donated presents until mid-December. 

We have been running the Christmas Present Appeal locally for a number of years, helping families experiencing difficulties by providing donated new, unwrapped toys and gifts for children who might not otherwise receive a Christmas present. 

The gifts are distributed through the children's centre, local schools, health visitors and other local churches to those in need.

Throughout the year we offer a Birthday Box to help struggling families provide gifts for their children.

Exmouth Salvation Army is open to everyone and offers a range of activities

First Monday in the month

10.30am - 12.30pm  CRAFT CLUB

A friendly, relaxed group for people who enjoy various crafts and pastimes, or who want to learn something new.

Cost £2.00 per person per session which includes a cup of tea and biscuits.

Tuesday

1.30pm - 3pm   EXMOUTH FOOD BANK

Donations can be delivered to the rear door between 10.30am and 3pm.

The EXMOUTH FOOD BANK provides food help for the people of Exmouth and its surroundings. There has been a vast increase in demand since March 2020, but due to the generosity of the community, and our team of dedicated volunteers, we have been able to maintain the same level of assistance to those in need throughout the current crisis.

Wednesday

10.00am - 11am

POWERHOUSE OF PRAYER AND POSSIBILITIES 

POWERHOUSE takes place every Wednesday at 10.00am. If you have a prayer request simply send us an email to: exmouth@salvationarmy.org.uk or leave a message on our facebook page. 

Thursday  

10.15am - 12 noon  COFFEE MORNING 

A warm welcome as well as hot, freshly brewed coffee for everyone.

Fourth Thursday in the month

Opening Times Tuesday & Friday 1.30pm until 3.00pm

The Food Bank has supported individuals and families in crisis since 2012, providing free emergency food help and signposting them to local agencies to assist with any underlying difficulties they may be experiencing.
