Cannock

Sunday Worship @ 10.30am for all ages. A time of Christian worship in song, testimony, music, fellowship and to hearing a message from God's Word. Afterwards we share in Tea/Coffee/Biscuits in our Community Hall in which you are most welcome to stay after Worship.

BLAST - Bible Learning Adventure StaTions - suitable for children aged 2-11 years, on 2nd & 4th Sunday of each month. The children go to a separate room, during Sunday worship, with at least 2 adult children's workers. A fun and interactive way to learn about God with other children through activities, games and videos.  No BLAST during August & December

God  Squad - a group for teenagers/young adults who want to know God, learn more about their faith and who want to connect with The Salvation Army through discussion, videos, games & food. Ages 12-25 years. Taking place on - 2nd Sunday of the month: 12.30pm-15.30pm. Please bring your own lunch.

After Worship Faith Lunch  -Once a month we meet together, at approx 12.30pm, with folk from Hednesford Salvation Army to share in a 'bring & share lunch'. After lunch there will be organised activities for those who want to stay and share in. These will include discussion groups, care home ministry, themed craft activities, outside worship in local community areas eg parks etc .

The planned dates and venues are:

Tuesday

10.30am- 11.30am Move it or Lose it - exercise group for the Over 50s

Thursday

10am-1pm Community Coffee Drop-Inn  - serving hot drinks & light snacks on a 'pay as you feel' basis.

2 - 3pm Over 60's Fellowship  - time for a chat, quizzes, games, singing & worship

Friday

5-6pm   Messy church for children (with adult accompaniment) - learn about the Bible through craft based activities.

Plum Project

Pre-Loved (school) Uniform Market - supplying pre-loved school uniform items for Primary & Secondary school age children within the Cannock Chase District (subject to availability) - working in partnership with Cannock Library.

School uniform donations can be taken to Cannock & Hednesford Libraries. Also to The Salvation Army, Anglesey Street, Hednesford WS12 1AB (Monday-Thursday 2pm-4pm)

The school uniform stock is available at The Salvation Army, Anglesey Street, Hednesford. Please contact: 01543 426128 if you require uniform supplies outside the dates for the Market.
