'BE A STAR' CHRISTMAS APPEAL

Hi everyone! In December 2019 we provided food hampers to 196 disadvantaged families & individuals and presents to 329 children in and around Cambridge. We work in partnership with healthcare professionals, social workers and local government to ensure that our hampers and presents meet genuine needs in the area.

Our aim this year is to be able to continue to help as many families and individuals as we can. But we can only do this with your generosity! So this year there are four ways you can help:

1. After the national lockdown, if regulations permit, you can bring a new and unopened toy to our Community Centre at 104 Mill Road (01223 367633) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10am-1pm (by Weds 9th Dec)

2. You can donate to our work throughout the year via JustGiving. We will be able to use these funds to support the toy appeal but also our work generally: http://tiny.cc/CAMSAchristmas

3. Send a cheque made payable to 'The Salvation Army' to The Community Manager, 104 Mill Road, Cambridge CB1 2BD. Please indicate whether you would like to support the toy appeal, or our work generally.

We hope you'll take up the challenge to BE A STAR and help somebody this Christmas. Thank you so much in advance for your support!

Please note that due to a combination of the coronavirus limitations and the imminent refurbishment of our Church and Community Centre buildings, all activities are presently postponed.

We will update this page as soon as we are able to give you further information.
