Salvation Army leaders in Cambridge invite the public to join special guests later this month when the church and charity’s International Staff Band will play two unique performances.
The world-famous premier brass ensemble visits Salvation Army churches around the UK every month, spreading the message of Christ through music.
The band will be performing at the city’s Wesley Methodist Church on the evening of Saturday 24 February. The concert will feature a broad range of music from foot-tapping marches to a major work combining multimedia and music to tell the story of the spread of the Christian faith worldwide.
Tickets for the event are available from www.camsa.org.uk
On Sunday 25th February, they will visit Cambridge Salvation Army in Tenison Road to lead worship at 10.30am and provide a free concert at 2.00pm. All are welcome.
