Keeping spiritually fit is as important as keeping physically fit. You can combine your daily devotions with physical exercise using a new resource from The Salvation Army's Sports Mission.
Venture Out is centred around adapted Bible verses from Romans 12:1-2 and four main types of exercise that the government are advising we can do - running, cycling, home workouts and walking - during the pandemic. Using the mnemonic 'FIT', you are asked to focus, implement and take time to pray and live out the challenge from scripture.
