London Art Biennale: Auction to raise money for our work

The London Art Biennale 2015 opens this week at Chelsea Town Hall in London. One hundred and thirty artists from 40 countries will be exhibiting their art works at the exhibition, which is free to enter. The exhibition is open to the public between Wednesday 21st January and Saturday 25th January.

The exhibition also includes an art auction tomorrow evening to raise money for The Salvation Army. 

Artists whose works will be auctioned include Pietro Annigoni - an artist present in museums all around the world including the National Portrait Gallery. Annogoni painted an official portrait of Her Majesty the Queen. Annigoni is also known for having painted a portrait of HRH Princess Margaret that was sold in auction for £680,000.

Artwork by Jose Van Roy Dali, the renowned son of Salvador Dali, will also be auctioned to raise money for The Salvation Army.

He has been exhibited in public exhibitions all around the world, lately he was invited by the City Councils of Athens and Rome. Jose's website: www.josevanroydali.com

Money raised from the auction will benefit the Salvation Army Churches (Corps) of Chelsea, Deptford and Clapton will be benefitting from money raised.
