Prepare to Dare was the theme for The Salvation Army's 2016 territorial congress.

The weekend was led by our Territorial Leaders Commissioners Clive and Marianne Adams with special guests The Chief of the Staff Commissioner Brian Peddle and Commissioner Rosalie Peddle.
