The Virgin London Marathon is one of the biggest running events in the world. For those who don't manage to get a place through the ballot we have a limited number of Golden Bond places for you to join our Salvation Army 2013 team.
The next Virgin London Marathon will take place on Sunday 21 April 2013.
As part of The Salvation Army running team you will get:
- A guaranteed place in the Virgin London Marathon
- A fundraising pack
- Fundraising tips
- Regular updates
- Your very own Salvation Army running vest
The entry fee for the race is £75 and all we ask is that you pledge to raise £2,000 for The Salvation Army. The money you raise can go to an area or Salvation Army project of your choice.
For your chance to join The Salvation Army Virgin London Marathon 2013 team please contact Lorraine at challenge@salvationarmy.org.uk for an application form.
Running own place for Salvation Army
If you get your own place through the Virgin London Marathon ballot we would love to have you run for us. There is no fundraising target and you will still get all the benefits of a Golden Bond place.
If you would like to join our Salvation Army team of runners then please fill in an 'own place' form and return it to us.
