Creative worship
We are constantly looking at the many ways in which music and creative arts are used as part of our worshipping culture.
Our Creative Worship Consultant, Ira Thomas, was appointed to develop strong links with groups from within The Salvation Army and also the wider Church community that are involved in the more contemporary areas of creative ministry.
Ira has become a regular contributor at officers’ retreats and councils, where innovations and ideas about the use of various musical expressions in worship are tabled and discussed. She has a wide knowledge of resources that are available.
She is available to assist groups and individuals in this area, leading seminars and rehearsals. Email ira.thomas@salvationarmy.org.uk
