£20,904.42 PA, 35 hours per week
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Job Life Coach. We are contracted to deliver the Work Programme across the West Midlands and the South West and are regularly recruiting.

- The ability to reach challenging performance targets?
- Prioritising skills to manage your own workload and work under pressure to
- meet deadlines?
- The ability to work within the Christian ethos of The Salvation Army?
The Work Programme transforms the way in which long-term unemployed people receive help into employment. All job seekers who have been signing on for 12 months are referred for bespoke support in gaining sustainable employment. The Job Life Coach will encourage, motivate and inspire job seekers!
Providing practical one-to-one and group support for WP customers, you’ll work with them to enter sustainable employment and overcome personal barriers. Qualifications are less important than good basic skills, a supportive approach, and experience of working with people facing multiple challenges in their lives.
We offer excellent benefits, including 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, and interest free travel loan. This is a fixed term contract until 1 April 2016.
