If you're a woman, that is your first disqualification to being human

In March 2014 The Salvation Army International Development (SAID UK) launched a new photo exhibition called Disqualified to highlight the inequality and injustices faced by women in Pakistan.

Featuring photographs taken in September 2012, this exhibition is designed to open our eyes to the injustices women in Pakistan have to endure from the day they are born until the day they die, just because they are women.
